Revenue is expected to remain strong in H2

Brokerage firm ICICI Securities said in its report that the month of November remained stable. Metallic volume recorded year-on-year growth due to new capacity expansion. Sponge iron sales volume recorded 3 times growth on an annual basis. Revenue remained healthy in the first two months of the second half of FY24 i.e. October and November. It is expected that H2 revenue will be strong.

ब्रोकरेज फर्म ICICI Securities ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा कि नवंबर महीना स्थिर रहा। नई क्षमता विस्तार के कारण धातु की मात्रा में साल-दर-साल वृद्धि दर्ज की गई। स्पंज आयरन की बिक्री मात्रा में वार्षिक आधार पर 3 गुना वृद्धि दर्ज की गई। H2FY24 के पहले दो महीनों, यानी अक्टूबर और नवंबर में राजस्व अच्छा था। H2 राजस्व मजबूत रहने की उम्मीद है।

Eye on an expansion plan

The company also has an expansion plan of Rs 3900 crore. Along with Q2 results, the management had said that capital expenditure will be done for the blast furnace and coke oven. For these two, 56% and 41% expansion plans have been completed. The brokerage believes that volumes will improve in the coming times.

कंपनी की 3900 करोड़ रुपये की विस्तार योजना भी है। दूसरी तिमाही के नतीजों के साथ ही प्रबंधन ने कहा था कि ब्लास्ट फर्नेस और कोक ओवन के लिए पूंजीगत व्यय किया जाएगा. इन दोनों की 56% और 41% विस्तार योजनाएं पूरी हो चुकी हैं। ब्रोकरेज का मानना है कि आने वाले समय में वॉल्यूम में सुधार होगा.

Shyam Metalics Share Price Target

Keeping all these factors in mind, the brokerage has given a target of Rs 690. The target price is 35% higher than the closing. This metal stock has increased by about 10 percent this week, about 15 percent in one month, 10 percent in three months, 60 percent in six months, and 65 percent so far this year.

इन सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए ब्रोकरेज ने 690 रुपये का लक्ष्य दिया है. टारगेट प्राइस क्लोजिंग से 35% ज्यादा है. इस मेटल स्टॉक में इस हफ्ते करीब 10 फीसदी, एक महीने में करीब 15 फीसदी, तीन महीने में 10 फीसदी, छह महीने में 60 फीसदी और इस साल अब तक 65 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी हुई है.
